A new USGBC LEED building will welcome Bowling Green students onto campus in the Fall of 2011. WD Partners, an Ohio-based design, architecture, and engineering firm, is designing a 30,000 sq. ft. "green" building for Bowling Green State University (BGSU) and Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. The sustainably designed building will cater to students and the community with a state-of-the-art dining service, a quick-serve restaurant, retail, and communal spaces. The building also will house campus administrative offices for Chartwells, the university's dining services provider.
