WD has an ongoing relationship with Wendy's having developed several new restaurant prototypes over the past 8 years. Most recently, Wendy's expressed interest in implementing digital menu boards. WD worked with Wendy's to optimize the flexiblity, intelligence, responsiveness and richness of experience that digital menu boards offer.

  • Provided creative solutions to highlight specific products or product groups to impact sales
  • Designed and implemented video and motion graphic animations for a more engaging experience
  • Created more than 100 design concepts – 30 of them for testing in the Boston and Phoenix markets
  • Consulted with Wendy's on ways to improve automation and better leverage data, such as dayparting and sales trends
  • Managed multiple agencies with internal Wendy's team
