enhanced signage to increase sales
WD Partners developed several new restaurant prototypes for Wendy’s to help them better compete with rapidly growing fast casual brands, and draw more customers into their dining rooms.
In addition Wendy's implemented newly designed menu boards across their system of approximately 6,000 locations. Because of the various building types, many locations required customized solutions. This massive program was managed by the current Implementation Team at WD Partners. On average 30 sites were completed each night on a 7 days per week basis. The rollout was successfully completed in only 15 months through the systematic coordination of project management, operations, field services, logistics, manufacturing and sourcing, product distribution, site surveys, and installation.
