WD Partners headquarters expands into new building

Firm also announces the addition of several key leadership positions

WD Partners' Columbus-based headquarters has moved to a 108,000 sq ft building at 7007 Discovery Blvd. in Dublin, Ohio. The design and development firm continues to thrive thanks to its specialization in retail and restaurants, as well as its innovative approach to integrating store design and rollout services. More than 350 associates consolidated from three Columbus area offices into the new location. Nationally licensed in architecture and engineering, WD Partners designed more than 33 million square feet of retail space last year. VM+SD, Display and Design Ideas, Retail Construction, and Building Design & Construction magazines rank the company as one of the top commercial design and architecture firms in the country.


The firm also announces the addition of several key leadership positions:

Chief People Officer, Sheryl Dunsmore will create a people-centered workplace where associates will be able to function at their best. Sheryl was previously Vice President of Human Resources at Cardinal Health, and also has worked with Tim Horton's, and Limited Brands.

Executive Director of Client Services Integration, Greg Morck is responsible for leading WD Partners' client program managers. Before joining WD Partners, Greg was Vice President and Managing Director for Design Forum, and a Vice President for store planning, fixtures, and design at K-Mart Corporation.

Director of Structural Engineering, Jay Hosseinzadeh will lead the structural team across all offices, mentoring associates, and ensuring that all drawings meet WD Partners' standards. He has more than 30 years of commercial and industrial building design experience on projects around the world.
