Jay is a licensed structural engineer with thirty years of experience in the forefront of building design and advanced engineering. An expert in seismic engineering, he has designed major steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, tilt-up, and timber structures for commercial, retail, industrial, and residential buildings across the country. Jay’s unique strength is in making the seemingly impossible a reality and finding creative solutions for developing cost-effective, performance-based buildings. At WD, he directs all structural engineering activities and sets the standards for design and implementation of all projects to ensure the highest quality across global offices.
