As Executive Director and national leader of WD Partners' program directors, program managers, and development managers he is focused on ensuring that every client's expectations are always met. Po leads WD Partners' West Coast offices, leveraging his Organizational Development expertise and over 15 years of experience helping C-level executives scale their fast-growing businesses. The complementary nature of his responsibilities allows him to create deeply engaged teams that build brand loyalty and satisfied clients.

:		Master's level graduate of The Wharton School with dual emphasis in Organizational Development and Human Resources
:		Avid multi-sport weekend warrior. Successfully (and painfully) completed three marathons and over two dozen endurance races, triathlons, and half-marathons
