Sam brings to WD Partners a wealth of expertise in managing large, commercial and industrial engineering projects from concept to completion both nationally and globally. His extensive business and financial knowledge allows him to make sound and balanced business decisions for WD clients. In addition, Sam has a substantial technical and operations background, and a unique understanding of project management and quality and client expectations. In his role, Sam leads 170 engineers and designers and will continue to foster WD’s long standing commitment to quality engineering, while focusing on establishing continuous quality improvement, best practices including RFT (Right First Time) initiatives, enhancing the professional development programs and creating a customer-centric culture.
