Sheryl is the driving force behind keeping WD people-centered. Her chief role is to ensure that associates function at their best to serve clients. She achieves this by fostering a collaborative culture and dynamic work environment. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, she also partners in business strategies and decisions. Sheryl leads our Human Resources team in performance management, talent strategies, associate and leadership development, associate relations, and compensation and benefits. As our top people person, she inspires us all to lead each other with respect.
