Created a completely new grocery market from concept through construction
Designed the 35,000 sq. ft. space to offer an open market feel
Provided shoppers with transparency via windows displaying food production and highlighting food freshness
Incorporated simple building systems to allow for ease of operations and provided labor and ops assessments for efficiency
