Dan serves as Executive Vice President and Leader of the Account Services, Business Development, and Health + Wellness Practice teams at WD, where he works with clients to develop and scale innovative new concepts and optimize customer experiences across physical and digital environments. A strategist and senior leader with more than 30 years of experience, Dan helps Fortune 500 brands translate customer insight into future-facing, experience-led strategies that drive relevance, loyalty, and growth.
Throughout his career, Dan has led consulting programs for hundreds of leading brands across retail, restaurant, consumer goods, and technology, including Walmart, The Home Depot, CVS Health, National Vision, GSK, VCA Animal Hospitals, Dental Care Alliance, Kaiser Permanente, eBay, T-Mobile, AutoZone, and Chick-fil-A. While he brings deep experience in Retail and Health + Wellness, his perspective spans multiple industries and emerging categories.
