To modernize remodel delivery, we introduced Building Information Modeling (BIM) across Walmart’s AOR/EOR network, unifying design, data, and documentation in a single system. Clear standards, templates, and validation programs enabled consistent adoption—dramatically improving accuracy, coordination, and throughput across hundreds of stores.
Through this partnership, we built a fully connected ecosystem that aligns store planning, architecture, engineering, construction management, and procurement. Powered by BIM, the system accelerated reopenings, reduced costs, and brought stores back online faster—cutting remodel timelines by 92 days and setting a new national standard for execution.
