We conducted in-store observations to understand demand across departments. Tasks were documented and sampled to capture how work was performed and where time was spent.

The findings revealed where effort was concentrated—and where excess movement and idle time were limiting performance.

With a clearer view of productivity, we aligned staffing and task assignments to actual operational needs. The insights defined requirements, surfaced gaps, and identified opportunities to rebalance work.

The result: more consistent coverage, less wasted motion, and a more efficient, scalable approach to workforce planning.
