With more than 25 years of experience leading retail design and store development programs, Mike serves as Executive Vice President at WD, where he plays a critical role in overseeing the firm’s operational execution. He is responsible for the integration of WD’s end-to-end solutions—from strategy and design through architecture, engineering, and construction—ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
In his role, Mike oversees WD’s operational performance and client delivery, leading onboarding, staffing, resourcing, and day-to-day operations for complex client programs. A veteran of WD, he has been instrumental in scaling retail, restaurant, and grocery platforms for Fortune 500 clients, helping them execute brand-right solutions while balancing speed, cost, and quality across large, multi-site portfolios.
Best advice: Always assume there is a better way…and go find it.
Interest outside work: Traveling with my wife (and our dog)… part adventure, part education, always fun!
Skill I learned outside of work: Learning construction and maintenance from my father, gaining hands on skills and respect for craftsmanship, problem solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish.
