With over 25 years of experience building brands, market share, and revenue for retail brands, Pat is ultimately responsible for ensuring accountability, collaboration, and program success for strategic partners and clients. His experience includes: continuous improvement, strategic planning, consumer insights research, advertising & communications, digital, program administration, agile methodologies, value stream mapping, tools/techniques for elimination of waste, business operations, budgeting and P&L responsibilities.

Pat has an extensive background, including the client and service provider sides of the business. Pat has managed marketing departments, budgets, brand growth, as well as ongoing client initiatives ranging from new concept generation to invigorating mature brands. He understands client needs, the importance of scale responsibility, deadlines, team building, accountability, collaboration, open communication, conflict resolution, overall client success.

Throughout his career, Pat has worked for and with major brands including: CVS, Walmart, The Home Depot, Gatorade, Electrolux, Aramark, DSW Shoes, Filene’s Basement, Blue Cross, Blue Shield (BCBS), E*Trade, and Microsoft.
