We conducted an operational assessment focused on traffic flow, space utilization, fixture capacity, and labor impacts tied to merchandising and weekly deliveries. The review revealed clear opportunities to reduce bottlenecks, clarify adjacencies, and create a more intuitive shopping journey.
Using these insights, we refined the layout to improve flow, right-size categories, optimize fixture capacity, and introduce activation zones that enhanced engagement without complicating operations. We then developed standardized store formats and category guidelines to support consistency and scalability across future remodels.
