Vice President

Bianca Doerschlag serves as Vice President at WD Partners, bringing a wealth of experience in design and real estate development. Previously, she was Senior Vice President at Kilroy Realty, where she led a team overseeing design initiatives across a 17 million square foot portfolio, including commercial, life science, and residential spaces for major corporations. Her work involved collaborating with top architects and designers to deliver innovative environments for global technology and entertainment tenants.

With expertise in managing a $7 billion development pipeline, Bianca has a strong background in strategic planning, feasibility, and construction administration. She also has international experience from her time at Bjarke Ingles Group in Copenhagen. Bianca holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and continues to make significant contributions to WD Partners through her expertise and dedication to transformative design.
