Dan serves as Executive Vice President at WD, where he works closely with the firm’s design and strategy teams to help clients develop innovative concepts and elevate customer experiences across physical and digital environments. A strategist and senior leader, Dan brings more than 30 years of experience helping Fortune 500 brands translate customer insight into experience-led strategies that drive relevance, loyalty, and growth.
Throughout his career, Dan has led consulting programs for hundreds of leading brands across retail, restaurant, consumer goods, and technology, including Walmart, The Home Depot, CVS Health, National Vision, GSK, VCA Animal Hospitals, Dental Care Alliance, Kaiser Permanente, eBay, T-Mobile, AutoZone, and Chick-fil-A. While he brings deep experience in Retail and Health + Wellness, his perspective spans multiple industries and emerging categories.
