Mike Morton is WD’s resident bridge builder—connecting big ideas, bold visions, and the teams who bring them to life. As Vice President, he helps clients cut through complexity, find clarity, and turn “Wouldn’t it be great if…” into “Done.”

With 25+ years of experience, Mike has led teams, untangled challenges, and guided organizations through change with equal parts strategy, steadiness, and humor. He’s a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds several credentials in project management, and earned his Master of Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University—Go Bucks!

Known for his people first leadership, Mike loves coaching future leaders and building teams that genuinely enjoy working together (yes, it’s possible).
