As part of Wendy's ongoing efforts to lead the industry, Wendy's asked WD Partners to develop a new prototype that improves the guest's in-store experience. With dine-in sales at 30 percent, Wendy's wanted to increase dine-in sales by making the restaurant more inviting and comfortable.
Both prototypes utilize more sophisticated lighting,
materials, and color palettes, a separation between
the dining room and the food preparation area,
higher quality furniture with a variety of seating
options, and enhanced graphics. Exteriors update
Wendy's architecture while reinforcing the brand
by using iconic materials in new ways. WD Partners
also raised the roofline to increase road visibility.
